Yingjun Huang

Yingjun is an associate lawyer licensed in Ontario (2021), the State of New York (2015) and China (2006). Before joining Affinity Law Professional Corporation, she had been working as a senior legal counsel for 8 years in China with a fortune 500 multinational manufacturing company headquartered in Germany.

She completed her LL.B. and LL.M. from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2005 and 2008, obtained another LL.M. in Corporation Law from the School of Law, New York University and an advanced certificate in Law and Business from Stern School of Business, New York University in 2014.

Yingjun’s main area of practice is corporate/commercial law, real estate and commercial litigation. She has solid background in dealing with corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions, from a legal and business perspective. She has extensive experience in advising on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and relocation projects, contract management, claim management, etc.

Yingjun is fluent in English, Mandarin, Shanghainese and conversational in Cantonese. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Federal Asian Canadian Lawyers.
