Yalda Aslamzada

Prior to joining Affinity Law, Yalda was an associate at a Toronto Personal Injury firm where she devoted her legal experience to the area of personal injury law with a focus on victims who have sustained serious injuries as a result of motor vehicle accidents and slip and falls. She also handled disability claims.

Prior to this, Yalda worked and articled at one of the largest insurance companies in Canada, where she gained extensive litigation experience defending a variety of claims including motor vehicle accidents and slip and falls. Yalda has a strong understanding of how insurance companies assess and litigate bodily injury claims and she applies her in depth knowledge to achieve fair compensation for her clients. Yalda is a detail-oriented and client-focused advocate.

Yalda’s current practice is devoted exclusively to personal injury litigation involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls and disability claims.

Throughout her practice, Yalda has successfully appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Small Claims Court, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Licence Appeal Tribunal.
