HAIDER BAHADUR

Haider Bahadur is one of the Partners at Affinity Law. Mr. Bahadur earned his Juris Doctor from Bond University in Queensland Australia, and his B.A. in Public Policy from Ryerson University.

Mr. Bahadur has a diverse practice including personal injury/insurance litigation, corporate/commercial litigation, employment law, and performing real estate transactions. Haider’s prior experience working for an insurance company and a national bank prior to his legal education has given him a unique insight, which ensures that he is well-equipped to handle a variety of issues while also navigating the often-complex legal system.

Mr. Bahadur worked for many years with an acclaimed insurance company as a claims adjuster. The experience Mr. Bahadur has gained in working with the Insurance company is one of the unique assets that he possesses when advocating for his clients. Mr. Bahadur has developed a strong knowledge base and a variety of skills sets which has enabled him to be successful in handling injury claims and recovering compensation from the insurance companies for his clients.

Mr. Bahadur has appeared in the Court of Appeal of Ontario, Superior Court of Ontario, Financial Service Commission of Ontario and more recently, the License Appeal Tribunal. As it pertains to Mr. Bahadur’s personal injury practice, he specializes in the handling of car accident claims, motorcycle crashes, slip and fall, traumatic brain injuries, long term disability claims and other acts of general negligence resulting in personal injury. Given Mr. Bahadur’s dedication of advocacy for his clients and strong commitment for success, he has been able to recover over millions of dollars in compensation from the insurance companies over the years.
