SHAHZAD AYUB

Shahzad’s prior experience includes working for one of the largest insurance companies in Canada. Defending insurance companies has furnished him with significant understanding into policies and procedures used by insurers to evaluate and fight claims. He now utilizes his extensive experience and knowledge obtained from working in the insurance industry to help his clients receive the fair compensation they deserve as a result of their injuries. Shahzad is committed to achieving the maximum results for his clients during their legal dispute.

Shahzad specializes in personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents and slip/trip and fall accidents. Further his areas of practice also include employment litigation, property and liability claims, contract disputes, corporate and commercial litigation and real estate litigation.

Throughout his practice, he made successful appearances before various levels of courts and administrative tribunals including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, Safety, Licensing Appeals and Standards Tribunals Ontario and before the Financial Service Commission of Ontario.

Shahzad is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.

Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys travelling around the world to experience the culture diversity and enjoys playing and watching basketball.
