SAGAR SHAH

Sagar completed his LL.B. (Hons.) from Mumbai University in 2016 where he was an avid member of the Moot Court Society. He is a member of the Bar Council of India and has practiced at one of the top corporate law firms in Mumbai before moving back to his hometown of Toronto, Canada.

In 2017, Sagar completed his N.C.A. requirements and began articling at Affinity Law Professional Corporation. After his call to the Law Society of Ontario in June 2019, Sagar returned to Affinity as an Associate. His practice focuses on Personal Injury/ Insurance Litigation, Corporate/Civil Litigation, Employment Law and performing real estate transactions. Sagar has appeared in front of various levels of courts and administrative tribunals including the Superior Court of Ontario, Small Claims Court and the Licence Appeal Tribunal.

Sagar is very enthusiastic about protecting the rights of his clients and ensuring that they receive the best legal assistance possible. He helps his clients understand the legal system so they can make informed and confident decisions. He ensures his clients receive reasoned recommendations on the best course of action at every step.

Sagar is fluent in Hindi, Gujurati and conversational in Punjabi. In his spare time, Sagar enjoys travelling, playing sports and is a devoted supporter of the Toronto Raptors.
