ADITYA DHINGRA

Aditya Dhingra practices in a number of areas, including motor vehicle accident claims, accident benefits claims, slip and falls, wrongful dismissal suits, debtor disputes, breach of contract actions, and police brutality cases. Aditya articled at Affinity Law and was hired back as an Associate in 2019. He attained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alberta and holds an Honours Bachelors of Science Kinesiology degree from McMaster University. Aditya is a steadfast and determined litigator, and has represented clients at the superior court and small claims court levels. Aditya applies a pragmatic and thoughtful approach towards his work, and prudently manages his case files towards their resolution.

Prior to joining Affinity Law, Aditya worked as a summer law student at the Advocacy Centre for the Elderly, a legal aid clinic which represents low income seniors receiving care in hospitals and long term care homes.
